Cristy Ramos sexually harassed by Azkals members Angel Guirado, Lexton Moy

Former Philippine Olympic Committee president and daughter of former president Fidel V. Ramos has filed sexual harassment complaints against Philippine Azkals members Angel Guirado and Lexton Moy.

Ramos has written the chairman of the Asian Football Federation (AFC) Disciplinary Committee, Mr. Lim Kia Tong, regarding the behaviour of the Philippine Men's National Football team members.

The "harassment" allegedly happened at the Rizal Memorial Track and Football Stadium on February 29, around 5:45 PM, where the Azkals members were at the locker room. Ramos, who served as the match commissioner, was checking the players individually for their accreditation cards and kits, because the team had to do a friendly match against the Malaysian football team.

Being a woman doing a men's match, she had to explain that "I would give the teams sufficient warning and preparation time before I would come inside their changing rooms to do the team check together with the Fourth Official, Mr Wilfredo Bermejo."

When Ramos called the players individually, Moy (no. 25) stood by her side and said in a loud voice, "Must be a B cup", which made the rest of the team laughed loudly. Since Ramos was the only female in the room, she thought Moy was apparently referring to her bra size.

When Ramos then checked Guirado (no. 13), the player stood in front of her "purposely", just wearing his briefs and made no attempts to wear shorts or cover his underwear. The players then again laughed out loud.

Ramos also added that while all of the harassment and laughing was happening, team captain James Joseph Younghusband didn't even made attempts to discipline the players and tell them to behave properly. In fact, she said they were all laughing and seemed to enjoying the revelry at her expense.

Ramos however cleared the names of manager Dan Palami and head coach Hans Michael Weiss as the two were not inside the room the time the events happened.
