LTFRB new hotline numbers

The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) will be having new hotline numbers for regional offices.



The LTFRB has ordered the operators of public utility vehicles (PUVs) to display the new marking "May Reklamo Ka? Itawag sa LTFRB (Do You Have a Complaint? Call the LTFRB) on their fleets, replacing the old "How's My Driving" mark starting May 11.


The marking, will be followed by the hotline number of the PUV, depending on the regional office it is registered:

The marking should also be visible on the ff. vehicles:

  • Buses, taxis, express service, tourists buses, school transport, and shuttle services - should be displayed at the rear windshield (right and left sides)
  • Other PUV units - at the rear hood portion (right and left sides)

The revision, ordered through LTFRB Memorandum Circular 2012-008, aimed to "strengthen the government's drive against erring drivers and encourage the riding public to report abuses of transport operators and drivers."
