Rumors have been circulating that Powerade's Marcio Lassiter will be traded against Petron Blaze Booster's Noy Baclao and Rey Guevarra.
But Petron's Arwind Santos' name came out as the exchange for Lassiter, sports blog You're The Catcher posted.
Santos, a 6-foot-4 forward and former University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) MVP has contributed well in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) franchise.
Petron has suffered a huge loss though this conference, but Santos, a former Far Eastern University (FEU) ace player, still delivered averaging 13.33 points, 11.11 rebounds, and 1.78 blocks.
Lassiter meanwhile, a 6-foot-3 rookie of Cal State Fullerton and former Smart Gilas mainstay, averaged 17.7 points per game, with 5.9 rebounds, 1.3 steals, and 3.6 assists.
