PBA All-Star: Rookie, veteran break record

Being a great scorer is not measured by whether you are a rookie or a veteran.




Big Game James Yap and former Smart Gilas National Player-turned-Barangay Ginebra Gin Kings rookie Dylan Ababou broke the individual scoring record in the All-Star Game once held by Samboy Lim's 1990 All Star Game record, where he made 42 points in a 146-118 bout. Both players broke the record with 44 points a piece.


The match ended with the Veterans winning, 176-144, where Yap being adjudged as All-Star MVP.
