Star Cinema's Valentine offering "A Moment In Time" grossed P34.86 million on its first week run, placing second to the Bruce Willis starrer "A Good Day to Die Hard," data from third party tabulator Box Office Mojo revealed.
The film is the first movie of Coco Martin and Julie Montes together after their successful TV series "Walang Hanggan." Scenes of the film were shot in Amsterdam in The Netherlands and other cities in France.
"A Good Day to Die Hard" is the fifth installment of the "Die Hard" series, with Willis reprising the role of John McClane, who travels to Russia to help his estranged son Jack out of prison, but is soon caught in the crossfire of a terrorist plot.
Placing third on the list is "Warm Bodies," which has earned a total of P29.7 million for three weeks.
"Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters" meanwhile placed seventh, but already accumulated a total of P108.5 million since its showing date, making it the highest-grossing film in the country for now.
