Iloilo teacher sex video scandal with student goes viral

A sex video of a public school teacher and an alleged university student in Iloilo City went viral after it was uploaded in social networking site Facebook.

A report from Bombo Radyo said the video was posted by an alleged homosexual and showed the two engaging in sexual activities. Netizens have feasted on the video which gained more than a thousand likes and shares.

The woman was wearing the school uniform of the university in the 7-minute video, which was taken down shortly after the news broke out.

The Facebook user who uploaded the video described the woman as a second year Accountancy student while the public school teacher was a man in his 20's.

The victims of the sex video scandal said the uploader might have recovered the lost cellphone which was used to record the act.

Under the Republic Act No. 9995 or the "Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009," a person who posted the video could be penalized with imprisonment of not less that three years but not more than seven years and a fine of not less than P100,000 but not more than P500,000, or both.
