Triple platinum recording artist Julie Anne San Jose will be celebrating her 19th birthday with a concert titled "It's My Time" on May 11, Saturday, at the Music Museum.
Julie Anne's time has come to give back the love she has been receiving from her fans who have watched her grow from a "Pop Star Kids" contestant to a platinum recording artist.
Her first showbiz exposure was when she placed first runner-up in Eat Bulaga's "Little Miss Philippines." In 2005, she landed on the top five of "Pop Star Kids" which was won by Rita de Guzman.
Eventually, Julie Anne appeared in different GMA-7 shows and recorded the theme songs of its primetime shows. In 2011, she had her first solo concert "Spread the Love."
Now, Julie Anne is a regular performer in the Kapuso network's Sunday noontime show "Party Pilipinas."
Joining her onstage on her upcoming concert are the fierce dance crew Addlib, Flitptop phenomenon Abra, Heir of Rap Elmo Magalona and mulit-faceted performer and good friend, Frencheska Farr. Musical direction is by Marc Lopez and concert director is Rico Gutierrez.
