ChickenJoy, Jolly Spaghetti, and Yumburger will be "100% available" by Sunday, August 17, Jollibee Foods Corp. (JFC) said in a statement.
Operations in Metro Manila stores will resume after a halt due to "major systems upgrade" being conducted in their branches, which also include Chowking and Mang Inasal stores. 72 stores within the Metro were temporarily closed.
JFC however said some branches will still operate on a limited menu.
The upgrade in its IT systems led to a slowdown delivery of Jollibee products from Laguna, its centralized commissary, to several stores in Metro Manila.
Netizens were upset by Jollibee's limited menu, and even used the hashtag #ChickenSad.
JFC denied rumors about the company's supply shortage, and also clarified it does not import chicken or any meat products from China.
