As the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) 2015 meetings are currently held in the country, many are wondering how the talks will go and how it will affect the Philippine economy and its trade relations with participating nations. While some rant about the traffic situations in different parts of the metro, some chose to talk about the lighter side of things - it all started when two of APEC leaders caught the attention of the netizens.
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto caught the attention of the social media, as netizens gush over the world leaders. The hashtag #APEChottie even became a trending topic on Twitter.
