Road rage suspect Vhon Tanto, who was arrested in Masbate this week, admitted his temper got the best of him following the fistfight and eventually killing cyclist Vincent Geralde in Quiapo, Manila last July 25.
Huwag po niyo akong pamarisan," Tanto said in a video posted by ABS-CBN journalist Maan Macapagal on Twitter.
Police identified Tanto as the suspect in killing Geralde after a CCTV footage was uploaded and became viral on Facebook. Tanto shot Geralde five times.
The suspect was taken into police custody after days of hiding in his wife's hometown in Milagros, Masbate.
In an interview with ABS-CBN News, Tanto said the altercation started when Geralde's bike and his car nearly had a collision.
Tanto said he and his family just got back from Bulacan the the incident occurred. He was with his second child, who was sleeping.
