Mo Twister admits leaving the country because of Rhian Ramos

Radio jock, TV5 showbiz talk show host, and controversial Mo Twister admits he is leaving the country because of Kapuso star and ex-girlfriend Rhian Ramos. He is staying in the Philippines until November 30 and will be heading to New York to be with Moira, his 13-year-old daughter from former actress Bunny Paras.

"It comes to a point na, feeling ko, I think I have to leave na the country. May isa pang malaking bagay na pinagdaanan, na I've been trying to overcome in the past year, na hindi related sa breakup namin ni Rhian. But it's something that Rhian and I have been trying to overcome together, and sana...", Mo said in the show "Juicy".

It can be recalled DJ Mo had intriguing Twitter and Tumblr posts pertaining to Rhian about abortion.

"young child, dont ever think you were never good enough. you just had no choice in the matter.", Mo (djmotwister) tweeted.

Mo Twister also said that he and Rhian is better now. In fact, he told "Juicy" that Rhian visited him when he was recently hospitalized.

Asked how Rhian feels that he’ll soon leave the country, Mo said, "Siyempre, nalulungkot."

He seemed to have quickly retracted his statement with, "I don't know, you have to ask Rhian. I can’t speak for Rhian. I don't wanna make the mistake anymore of speaking anything about us."

"Ite-thank ko na lang si Rhian for being very nice to me. For being a friend, for being there kapag may sakit ako," Mo added.

It's confirmed! Piolo Pascual and KC Concepcion breaks up. KC transferring to TV5?

So it was confirmed. Rumors circulating around has finally been ended. KC Concepcion admitted on The Buzz November 27, 2011 episode that she and Piolo broke up.

"PJ (Piolo) knows exactly why we broke up.", KC said in Boy Abunda's interview.

"Hindi ako ang kailangan niya sa buhay niya. Or hindi ako yung hinahanap niya sa buhay niya. And hindi, hindi ko mabigay sa kanya yung kailangan niya.", KC intriguingly said.

KC hinted that the worst part of their relationship was the 'cause'. She added they are 'civil' with each other.

"Ang hinihingi ko lang sa kanya, PJ please wag kang magagalit sa akin dahil nasaktan ako. Wag kang magagalit sa akin dahil hindi ako perpekto. Wag kang magagalit sa akin dahil may mga bagay na hindi ko na kayang intindihin at tanggapin. Wag kang magagalit sa akin kung kailangan ko munang maramdaman ito lahat, kung kailangan ko munang mag-respond at mag-react, kung paano normal na mag-react ang isang babae sa sitwasyon ko. Please."

Piolo, according to KC, just answered with a silence when she told him these words.

KC told Boy Abunda how she was coping with what happened.

"Siguro po isa ito sa mga kinailangan ko munang gawin. Kasi hindi ko po kasi nasasabi sa mga tao na heto na po iyon eh. Ang hirap kasi meron kang tinatago sa tao, na hindi ko pa sinasabi na hiwalay na."

And left one lesson she learned:

"Magtira ka para sa sarili mo, at ang tiwalang ibibigay mo sa taong mamahalin mo, dapat alagaan ng taong mahal mo."

Piolo and KC started dating while working for the teleserye "Lovers in Paris" in 2009 and it's only last January that the two admitted that they've been "on" since October 21, 2010.

Is NBA back?

Talks put NBA back on menu for Christmas Day

NBA Commissioner David Stern and Former Executive Director of the National Basketball Players Association Billy Hunter speak to members of the press to announce a tentative labor agreement to end the 149-day lockout.

NBA owners and players have reached a tentative deal to end the lockout and open a shortened season on Christmas Day.

NBA commissioner David Stern emerged from a 15-hour meeting between the parties last night to say they had reached a ''tentative understanding that is subject to a variety of approvals and very complex machinations. We're optimistic that will all come to pass and that the NBA season will begin December 25.''

Any agreement must still be ratified by both NBA owners and players, with a majority needed on each side. The ratification process for the players is complicated by the fact that they disbanded their union on November 14 and launched an anti-trust lawsuit against the league in Minnesota. They must drop the lawsuit and reform the union in order to vote on the deal.

Neither side provided many specifics of the agreement.

''We thought it was in both of our best interests to try to reach a resolution and save the game,'' union executive director Billy Hunter said.

If the deal is approved, it paves the way for a season in which each team plays 66 games, and the deal appears to have come in time to save the league's traditional marquee Christmas line-up.

This season's schedule for December 25 was to feature Miami at Dallas in a rematch of last season's championship series.

Stern said the league's labour committee would discuss the agreement and he expects it to recommend it to owners.

The league locked out players on July 1 after the previous collective bargaining agreement expired.

Owners, claiming $US300 million ($A334 million) in losses last season among 22 of the league's 30 clubs, said they needed changes in how they divided some $US4 billion in revenue and stricter controls on salary spending.

The wrangles over the financial issues eventually meant games scheduled from November 1 to December 15 were cancelled.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1: The Tale of the Three Brothers screencaps

One of my favorite scenes in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 was the narration of Tale of the Three Brothers. It was about the three Peverell brothers (Antioch, Cadmus, and Ignotus) who once conquered death for a short time by defeating a deadly obstacle with their magic. The personification of Death appeared out of anger because he was defeated by their magic, but pretended to congratulate them by awarding them gifts of their choosing. Two of the three brothers wished to defeat Death beyond what they had done already, and foolishly chose their gifts accordingly, leading to their early demise. The third brother was wiser, and chose a gift that only allowed him to postpone death, dying at a ripe old age. The three highly powerful magical artefacts coveted by generations of wizards were called the Deathly Hallows.

---

There were once three brothers who were travelling along a lonely, winding road at twilight. In time, the brothers reached a river, too treacherous to pass. But being learned in the magical arts, the three brothers simply waved their wands and made a bridge.

Before they could cross however, they found their path blocked by a hooded figure, it was Death, and he felt cheated. Cheated because travellers would normally drown in the river.

But Death was cunning. He pretended to congratulate the three brothers on their magic, and said that each had earned a prize for being clever enough to evade him.

The oldest, asked for a wand more powerful than any in existence. So, Death fashioned him one from an Elder Tree that stood nearby.

The second brother, decided that he wanted to humiliate Death even further, and asked for the power to recall loved ones from the grave. So Death plucked a stone from the river, and offered it to him.

Finally, Death turned to the third brother. A humble man, he asked for something that would allow him to go forth from that place without being followed by Death. And so it was that Death reluctantly handed over his own Cloak of Invisibility.

The first brother travelled to a distant village, where with the elder wand in hand, he killed a wizard with whom he had once quarelled. Drunk, with the power that the Elder Wand had given him, he bragged of his invincibility.

But that night, another wizard stole the wand, and slit the brothers throat for good measure. And so, Death took the first brother for his own.

The second brother journeyed to his home, where he took the stone and turned it thrice in hand. To his delight, the girl he had once hoped to marry before her untimely death appeared before him.

Yet soon she turned sad, and cold for she did not belong in the mortal world.

Driven mad with hopeless longing, the second brother killed himself, so as to join her. And so, Death took the second brother.

As for the third brother, Death searched for many years, but was never able to find him.

Only when he attained a great age did the youngest brother shed the Cloak of Invisibility, and give it to his son.

He then greeted Death as an old friend, and went with him gladly, to parting this life, as equals.
