The video is a 3-minute 43-second clip that shows the couple doing it in a bed.

Janelle said in one of her interviews that they had less than 10 videos recorded, supposedly for private use. She added they deleted the videos back in 2009 during the Hayden Kho sex videos surfaced the web. But it seemed like they haven't completely deleted those. A proof is this Part 2 Bedroom video that now has gone viral.

Mikey, wife to be arraigned on tax evasion rap

Ang Galing Pinoy representative Juan Miguel "Mikey" Arroyo and his wife Angela are scheduled to be arraigned on Wednesday at a Quezon City court on charges of tax evasion for not filing income tax returns for years on and between 2003 to 2009.

Arroyo and his wife will enter their plea before Judge Marie Christine Jacob of the Regional Trial Court Branch 100.

The congressman has been charged with tax evasion along with his wife, Angela. Arroyo faces three counts of tax evasion for not filing his ITRs for taxable years 2007 to 2009, while Angela has been charged with tax evasion of seven counts for failure to file ITRs from 2003 to 2009.

Based on the documents BIR has obtained, the couple owes the government P73.85 million in unpaid taxes

Last year, Angela posted bail of P140,000 while her husband’s bail was increased from P20,000 per count to P60,000. This was after the court allowed the congressman to fly to the United States and remain there on "semi-official" business from November 14 to December 7.

The solon posted bail amounting to P180,000 to ensure his return to the country. Arroyo promptly returned to the Philippines.

Mar to Corona: Stop making up stories

Photo: Inquirer

Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) Secretary Mar Roxas responded to Chief Justice Renato Corona tirade against him, saying the chief justice who is currently under Senate impeachment trial should stop creating fallacies that would veer the public’s attention away.

"Sa halip na mag-imbento ng storya at gumawa ng kwento, dapat sagutin na lang ni Mr. Corona ang mga isyu sa impeachment trial," Roxas said.

"This trial is about the very serious offenses against our people for betrayal of public trust, ang pagtataksil sa bayan. Huwag na yang mag-ponensya ng mga kwentong komiks at mga kathang-isip na conspiracy kuno. Harapin nya ang katotohanan at kanyang konsensya. Huwag na syang mandamay ng kung sinu-sino pa," he added.

Roxas laughed of Corona's allegation that he is one of the three "co-conspirators" to unseat the chief justice.\

"I don't know. You have to ask him about that, why he alluded to those 3 personages in his remark," he said, adding that he fully supports President Aquino's reform agenda.

"It is not Mar Roxas, but the World Bank that pointed out the anomalies and misuse of money by the Supreme Court," he said. "It is not Mar Roxas but the Commission on Audit."

"You go to the COA website today, there is a report on the Supreme Court funds. While the Supreme Court says it has P6 billion in cash, the bank accounts only say there is only about P1 billion. There is about a P5-billion discrepancy," Roxas said.

"These are the elements that CJ Corona should answer, instead of making up stories or making up conspiracy theories," he added.

In a speech on Monday morning, Corona said he was a roadblock to 3 people who want him removed as the country's chief magistrate.

He said the first person wanted to stop the distribution of the Hacienda Luisita to landless farmers in Tarlac. He earlier accused MalacaƱang, especially the President’s allies in the Liberal Party, of planning his ouster from office after the Supreme Court decided to distribute to the farmers the sugar estate in Tarlac.

He said he is also a roadblock to a person "who really wants to be vice-president but lost in the election in 2010." He did not name the LP's vice-presidential bet, Roxas, who lost in 2010 to Jejomar Binay.

Finally, he said he is opposed to a person whose ambition is to become chief justice. He did not identify the allegedly ambitious chief justice wannabe.

'I can still beat Pacquiao' - Erik Morales

Erik Morales is campaigning for part four against Pinoy boxing champ Manny Pacquiao.

The Mexican boxer is ready to avenge his two losses in their trilogy. The "El Terible" was the last man to defeat Pacquiao in 2009 via unanimous decision victory.

In an interview with Boxing Scene, Morales revealed he wants to fight Pacquiao to make up for his poor performance during their second and third fights.

"I accepted a fight with Pacquiao in a division where I knew I couldn't make a weight," Morales said, referring to their bouts in the super featherweight division. "My life outside the ring was in shambles."

"I wasn't in shape for the Pacquiao fights, because I wasn't putting my full concentration on boxing," he added.

Morales insisted though that he still has what it takes to beat Pacquiao again.

"The Morales of today can defeat Pacquiao, and I have no doubt about that," he said. "Those last fights between the two of us, I wasn't even a shadow of the boxer that I am today."

Janelle Manahan and Ramgen Revilla Part 2 Video Leaks

The second private video of Janelle Manahan and slain boyfriend Ramgen Revilla is now making rounds in the net!

This time, the couple can be seen doing it in a bedroom.

Janelle said in her interview in Boy Abunda's The Bottomline that she and Ramgen had couple of videos back in 2007. She said they completely deleted the videos in 2009 during the time Hayden Kho's scandal clips broke out.

It seemed that when Ramgen's laptop was handled to his family, some computer expert might have recovered the files, or maybe, the files weren't completely deleted at all, thus resulting to the spread of the sex video that rocked the whole nation.

The second video is a 3-minute clip that exposes more of Janelle's body.

Yao Ming enters politics

Former NBA superstar Yao Ming has now become the youngest, and tallest legislative advisor in Shanghai, China, after he was formally accepted as a member of body that entitles him to make proposals for possible new laws.

China Daily reported that the 31-year-old and former Houston Rockets center Yao was accepted as a member of an advisory body over the weekend. A photograph shows him towering above other newly selected members of the body.

"Raising proposals is very serious business and I do not want to be hasty," Yao was quoted as saying.

Yao has went back to school for a degree in business management and helping the basketball team Shanghai Sharks. In November, he has also set up a company to sell his own brand of wine using grapes from California.

Some said Yao may be taking on too much, with his recent role in politics.

But Zhang Chi, a spokesman for the Shanghai Sharks, dismissed these worries.

"We can trust him that he can balance all aspects of his work and study and do well in this job," he was quoted as saying.

"What Yao wants is to use his influence to do good deeds for society but not to seek a political position."

Rumours have also been circulating online that Yao failed his final exam in advanced mathematics at Jiaotong University in Shanghai, with a score of 38 out of 100.

"Yao believes his exam marks are a private matter and does not want to disclose them. But it was definitely not 38," Yao's personal spokesman, Zhang Mingji, was quoted as saying by the Shanghai Daily.

Yao is China's first global sports superstar with a personal brand valued at more than $1 billion.

Google 'mortified' by staff's improper access on Kenyan rival Mocality's database

Search giant Google has admitted its staff had "improperly" accessed the database of Mocality, a Kenyan Internet database company, to boost its business.

The statement made by Nelson Mattos, vice-president for Google product and engineering in Europe and emerging markets, said Google was "mortified" to learn its staff illegally entered the business directory of the Kenyan firm, in an attempt to sell a competing product to the rival's customers.

"We were mortified to learn that a team of people working on a Google project improperly used Mocality's data and misrepresented our relationship with Mocality to encourage customers to create new websites," Mattos said.

Mattos added that the company had already unreservedly apologized to Mocality, and still investigating how the scheme happened. He said the company will be taking the appropriate action with the people involved, as soon as they have gathered all the facts. However, it is still not clear whether the staff involved in the fraud were employees or contractors.

The incident became public after Mocality Chief Executive Stefan Magdalinski, through a blog post, accused Google of "telling untruths" and a "human-powered, systematic, months-long, fraudulent ... attempt to undermine our business".

Mocality maintains an online directory of Kenyan businesses. The company has collected and keeps current information from about 170,000 businesses. For about 100,000 businesses, Mocality is the first time they have had a Web presence.
